Email Filter to control JAM and SPAM mail (Individual user)

 

Select the Email Filter setting
 
1. Login to your Webmail account
2. Navigate to the User Email Account menu in the top navigation and click Email Filters.
 
 
3. Click Create a New Filter to configure your filter's rules and actions as desired.
 
 

Example settings:
A)  Discard a email address
e.g.: auto delete a email address from info@sgnic.sg
 
  1. Give a Filter Name
  2. On Rules section, select "Any Header" on first option,
  3. select "contains" on second option.
  4. type the email address "info@sgnic.sg" which you want to auto delete.
  5. On Actions section, select Discard Message.
  6. Click Save to complete the setting
     
 
B)  Discard all email under a domain name
e.g.: auto delete all email address from @newgenisolutionsltd.com
 
 
C)  Discard all email under a top level domain
e.g.: auto delete all email address  @.top
 
 
D)  Multiple rules configuration
  1. You can add multiple rules under a Filter Name by click the "+"
  2. Process the above procedures A ,

Global Email Filters to control JAM and SPAM mail (by Domain Admin)

 

Select the Global Email Filters setting
 
1. Login to your Administration account
2. click Global Email Filters.
 
 
3. Click Create a New Filter to configure your filter's rules and actions as desired, for all your domain email accounts
